I gained weight in 15 days .what to do ?

You can reduce your weight by proper diet. What you have to do for another week is to avoid food with carbohydrates like rice, wheat etc., and go more for raw vegetables, especially cucumber, which is filling but more watery. Eat carat and eat fruits like apple. Keep your food light and do not eat too much. In one week's time, there will be tremendous improvement and you are bound to lose at least 2 to 3 KGs.
