I think each and every person has fluctuating mind somehow.....
Qki paristhiyaan ek sa nahi rahne deti...par haan jab ye fluctuation out of limit ho jati hai to jaroor pareshani ka ka sabab ban jati hai

I term them erratic...
and yes they can be a negative influence...
because we are never sure...where we stand with them...
or how they would react...in any situation....
such guys need to be avoided like the plague...
and I always try to keep my distance from erraticity !

May be they have some reasons.
Giving assurance and changing mind is dangerous.
So I used to be careful with people who have FLUCTUATING MINDS.
They are not dependable ...!!!

A fluctuating mind is common with all unless if they learn to control their minds.....my mind also waver like so many others.....on beauty, food. money, sex........list is unending. I feel a certain limit of mind fluctuation is tolerable....But then, who will decide the limitations!!
