There is an option to reset password. You can request it via mobile or an alternative e-mail Id. If you haven't registered for an account on the site, you will have to sign up as a New User and fill in the required details. Once the profile is completed, you will be sent a verification code to validate your account authenticity. If your mobile number is already registered with the site, you may get an Error. You can create a new profile.
