I normally do not vote for a candidate based on who is backing him. I choice a candidate based on what I believe to be the merit of the candidate. Among the candidates contesting, if the candidate backed by Ram Dev is good based on my evaluation of him, I won't mind voting for him. If i find some other candidate to be better then would vote for that candidate. For instance if Rahul Gandhi, Mulayam Singh Yadav and a Ram Dev's candidate are contesting in my constituency I would Vote for Rahul Gandhi. If instead of Rahul Gandhi, it was some person like Arjun Singh or Sajjan kumar type of candidate from congress then would vote for Ram Dev's candidate.

The intentions of Baba Ramdev are good . His party's qualified and experienced candidate should have support of all good people who complain that politics is for dirty people. More such personalities should enter politics even when in advisory capacity.

I fully respect Baba Ramdev and his feelings & intention for our country but politics is not an Yoga aasan, he needs to learn and understand first. I won't be surprised if ALL his candidates lost
