First RNRL is managed primarily by Anil Ambani. Next, try and understand that this company though existing on paper, isn't working on any project currently. If you care to wait after the said merger with Reliance Power( another non-starter as of now) for another 3+ years, fine.. Else, EXIT and go for good PSU bank sector for decent capital appreciaton.
