Q.

I bought a villa in a gated complex in Arera Colony, Bhopal, in 2007. It has given me good appreciation and the going rate is about 65L today. I also get a monthly rent of Rs. 6500 from it. I live in Hyderabad now, where I live in my own flat. I would like to know if it is advisable to sell the Bhopal villa and invest in property in Hyderabad instead, but with a view on further appreciation and higher rents?
