What is need of trial??? What the lawyer will do? Would he be able to defend Kasab? Kasab should be defended by Pak\'s minister. They are more than experienced enough to defend him, ( they are defending that Pak is not supporting terror!!)
Let Kasab be in the jail for rest of his life.

Let our great Bharath show the true nature of our great culture and behaviour to make the whole world realize that Bharath and the people of Bharath believe and maintain the principle: "Loka samaksha sukhino bhavanthu" . "Let the entire world be happy and prosperous". Let him get the deserving punishment after the due process of law.

Do u have any idea of the laws of our country. one simple rule is that the accused has to be provided with a lawyer. if no lawyer , no trial.
