Hi! Ealk, cycle, swim or do aerobics 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes at a brisk, non stop pace. Cut down your fat intake. Have 5-6 small meals in the day instead of 2-3 heavy ones and eat a light dinner 3 hrs before bedtime.

Control your intakes and drink a glass of hot water added with one table spoon of honey and two table spoons of lemon juice after waking up in the morning and one to two times after on in the day. No cold drinks,, You must sip a cup of hot water each after dinner and lunch. observe the results after one month.

Take more vegetables and fruits = walking and exercise will reduce body
weight.

1. U r to do physical activity like brisk walking , jogging, swimming & having control on consuming excess food. No fast food & balanced diet is to be taken.
2. Everyday, u r to make 10000 steps to take care of Ur weight.
3. If possible, attend a Gym & do physical exercise by the equipments available ther.
4. Ur BMI shd be within 25 ( best is 23). [ BMI : Body Mass Index = Body weight in Kg / Height in Metre squsre. ]

Body weight and body height should be in proportion. You should either reduce your weight or increase the height.
On more serious note, consult your physician and start burning calories either by active exercises or eating low calorie diet.
