I am sexually very active and every alternate day i want sex.but my wife is totally against this and she is not allowed me to do so but she is agreeing 7days once.now she is 42 years old.even her younger age i have to request friendly and some how manage to do 2 days once.any medicine or cream can help her to excite .i am very polite and friendly to her and also she is agreeing that i am sexy by seeing my body nacked.with out sex i canot sleep properly.she is allowing me to do 7 days once that also hardly 10 minutes.pl suggest me what should be done?doctors says she is medically fit

Take her for holidays, excursions, tempt her by different ways. This could help. If the situation persists, it means something is really wrong with her. Perhaps the doctor you consulted is mentally not fit!
