Yes.I fully believe that the Congress believes that corruption is absolutely a normal phenomenon in India.Very recently Ambika Soni of Congress said onTV that whenver a person visits a govt. office to get his work done and the concerned clerk asks for Rs 100/- or more then it should be willingly given.

Just think deep------------------------an animal unguarded will??? a human if unguarded for long will go on any road wrong or right for personal materialistic gain. How many oppositions are there after Nehru GOVT?If few tried to counter ,the result was not encouraging for people as they cudnt suyrvive due to few selfcentred badmash leaders. So Congress got the chance to act smart carelessly, phir v we have a Govt.thats all we can say otherwise Pak or China wud hv attacked India. NOn Cong leaders are to be united first.

Yes , we have to accept this hard fact . Corruption is here to stay.
The root cause of corruption is the shortages in every sector which forces people to take chances by giving bribes. Everyone knows that if we wait for our turn - it WILL never come.
Also many people are making a lot of money from corrupt practices .
Earlier the politicians would themselves collect chanda ( err - haftas ) then they started sending their assistants - now behind every politician there are at least a 100 chamchas ( err - assistants) who just want free money with no work . The goonda giri culture has speard so much that many Indians would loose their livelihood if everything becomes clean !!
