Yes please. but you must have specialist doctors attached to your hospital to consult,
diabetics is on an uprising trend in india and as a business , it will be good for u
get good doctors on board.make some advertisements. have some free check ups and medical camps / diabetic camps and ask people who attend camps to come to your hospital for future checks and follow up
