Each person is born UNIQUE. And if u can retain that uniqueness in life, there is always something u can do better than others. U just have to do that and excel at that, there is no need to compete! What others do or how they do is not ur concern then.Competition arises when so many people abandon their uniqueness following some mediocre ideals.Competition is the characteristic of a MOB, where the dullards pull legs, fight and kill too.... for maintaining each ones ego!
Injecting competition in children fills them with hatred instead of love....then there are NO FRIENDS, only RIVALS or ENEMIES around.

Competition is the final stage of few moments of any learning process and not the actual learning process.Competition must be healthy and encouraging to gain real knowledge and achieve intelligence and must not be a torture to individuals as we are seeing it today. One must compete with self always. So i think as long as it motivates one to improve it's fine..

Every child is born with an inherited talent. To identify it in early stage, develop it as a skill, to career and to employment is the duty of a responsible Govt. If a child is allowed to proceed with his inherited talent, no competition is essential. He will keep on doing in his field as work to passion not like work to rule.
