I am lopamudra , I am 24 year old married lady, now a day I am going to fat, now my wt. is 55kg, but i want to reduce my body wt.,& want to be slim,please suggest me what to do.

Hi! Walk, cycle, swim or do aerobics 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes at a brisk, non stop pace. Cut down your fat intake. Have 5-6 small meals in the day instead of 2-3 heavy ones and eat a light dinner 3 hrs before bedtime.

Easy method: go 2 bhang lassi shop 3x a day (possible in Rajasthan, Varanasi etc) and eat chapati and dhal for munchies.
Hard method: Do cardio (running, speed walking), and weight training. U should focus on 10-15 reps since u r goal is weight loss.....

Dear Lopamudra: You can ask the question yourself: to reduce the weight you can start work out since you are youngyou can think of jogging/swimming, turn to veg stuff

Suggestions... daily exercises, control on eating, hard work and no worry attitude.. 55 is good.. but need to be cautious.
