Q.

Will DC- DMC get charge sheeted (today by 3pm) for negligency of Public Utilities ?
(i was fuming when I visited Ramlila maidan early morning today - found it in disgustful & nauseating state.
It was then covered on tv footages by every single electronic media.
I demand penal action against dy.commissioner of dmc, who is responsible for upkeeping of public place like Ramlila Maidan.)

Lol, if guys go and abuse the place, should DC, DDC should go and keep sweeping behind you guys is it?

Be reasonable. Before demanding such things, we should learn that, we should not spoil our sorroundings :P

As much as utility services are responsible, the public itself is responsible too...there is no injection which can be used to treat maladies like this...a sustained effort to educate the masses is the only option..getting emotional and spewing rhetoric doesnt make any sense..
