I have invested 5000 rs per month from july 2007 in SBI Magnum Global Fund - Growth for one year.

I want to know when should i withdraw this money from the market with some profit.

Magnum Global is midcap fund which performs very poorly in bear market. better switch to any large cap fund from SBI or withdraw the money and put the same in funds like sundaram select focus, HSBC equity etc. because during next bull run or pull back rally large caps will rise first.
