Brain drain is a very old problem which our country is facing. Many intellectual and deserving learned people has got the job in foreign countries which could be settled in India also and our country could use their knowledge for developments. But, before puting our complains to them we should have to see the cause of such situation also. In our country there are very less institutions which use to provide better education which could be better in comparative to foreign countries. There are very less such industries and organisation in our country which could pay the higher salary to such deserving people. We have no such infrastructure, institutions and companies which could provide better education and job in comparision to other countries thats why people use to go in such countries for better knowledge and when they use to return to india they feel that salary should be paid so less in comparision to their knowledge. The cause of brain drain starts from here.
