I am having my own house and getting income gtax benifits on interest and priciple part.i am salarised person. now i am shifted to rented house in same city and given my own house on rent. will i get income tax befefit still on interst and principle of my own house also HRA tazx benifit on rental house. i have given my own house on rent. pls suggest

Yes, you will continue getting IT benefit irrespective of status whether it is self occupied or rented out providing the loan is taken for housing purpose. Rent received has to be added to your total income. Property tax may also become higher if it is rented.
