Q.

I am Doing Mudras in the morning for 20 min,then pranayam for 2 min,Then accupressure mat for 10 min ,then going for a walk for 60 min,then having tea breal ,after half hour doing physical exercise for 20 min.Then hava a bath and doing Yogaasanas for 45 min ,Then doing Jin shin Jitsu for 30 min.This is my morning time table.I am now 57 yrs old and doing yoga for last 40 yrs.Can I continue the same or reduce my exercise time table?

Hi! Yes as long as your body is coping well with it, there is no need to cut it down. If you feel too much fatigue, aches and pains then maybe you shoild go easy.

U 're to lead a fit n fine life for the next 50 years....continue what U 've been doing for the last 40 years.....
