I am Christian(Roman Catholi) staying in Borivali. I have Church marriage certificate but names mentioned on the certificates are different. We have changed our name in Gazzet and have copy of the same. Both me and wife have our passport also. Pl. let me know how to get Marriage Certificate in mumbai.

Give affidavit to the church to get the name changed

Very simple, take a certificate from church, a attested copy of the gazzette, attested copies of passports ( along with origional ) and visit the marriage registrars office of your area, you will find a lot of lawyers there who will get you job done without any hastle for a fee

Happy married life ! take a copy of gazette and apply with registrar, show the proof along with marriage photo and letter from church and this will be done
