Q.
I am an IT employee and facing diff issues as follow
1) hairfall
2) have developd slight tummy
can u please suggest a balanced diet which will help me in stopping hairfall and reduing my tummy.

Hair fall ka to koi ilaaj nahin hai bandhu. Protruding tummy ka hai. Start going to gym. Imagine yourself in furture, with a trim and muscular body ... even though you have lost much hair!

Just exercise daily (Yoga) and take more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.... reduce stress by enjoying hobbies

Exercise in the morning has to be included in lifestyle.... light diet comprising veg, salad to be included.
