Sangam was the first film to have 2 intervals and i think it still retains it(I saw it in 1989 in theater and still had 2 intervals). Mera Naam joker initially two intervals but editted later to have just one. these two were R.K. productions.
I don\'t think sholay was ever released with two interval versions althought it was also a long film initially. recent one is LOC by JP Dutta i heard it got two intervals but not seen it in theaters so not sure about it.
