I am a football player my knee pains a lot because my leg was sprained while playing i cant bend it while sitting on my toes.what should i do now?

Hi! If you gave given your sprain enough rest, hot or cold packs and the pain hasn't subsided even after 4-5 days, you should check with your doctor of any deeper damage to the tissues.
