Hi this is balamurugan, i have 2 years of experiance. 1.4 months in CTS bpo and 6 months in Xansa india limited bpo . now i want to change my job to finance or banking industry. do i get job in banking or finance industry apart from bpo. my education qualification is B.com and persuing MBA finance finanl semester in loyola collage as a partime. Please guide me in this . thank you
