Crrying lot of baagae. why ?
Worry is interest paid on trouble before it is due
If you believe that feeling bad or worrying long enough will change a past or future event, then you are residing on another planet with a different reality system.
Many thinkers have suggested
1) "The problem of life is to change worry into thinking and anxiety into creative action."
2) It is not work that kills, but worry
3) Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years.
If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry: Worry never fixes anything
4) It is the little bits of things that fret and worry us; we can dodge a elephant, but we can't dodge a fly.
5) As soon as we stop worrying, a solution pops up ...more

Extract juice of one lemon and mix with equal quantity of rose water. Apply this mixture on the face and let it stay for about half an hour. Wash the face with fresh water. About 15 days application helps cure acne, pimples and reduces blemishes and scars.
Another method is to massage the face with the skin of lemon before washing with lukewarm water.
Or apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area overnight. Wash off with warm water next morning.
Also clean face with cotton wool dipped in rose water 2-3 times a day.
You can also mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice in 1 teaspoon finely ground cinnamon powder and apply on affected areas frequently.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. At least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables should be included in your diet. All acne home remedies should include a healthy diet.A couple of garlic cloves, crushed and dabbed on the face 1-2 times a day. One of the smellier acne home remedies!

Surely u r condition makes u feel miserable....but ur not the first person to suffer ..there are more than a million Indians suffering from the same..meet an Homeopathic doc and things will become better for u..but u got to have positive attitude.wake up morning and go for walks .take time on small works and try not to get irritated .do ur TSR tests regularly because Hypo could become Hyper if u take more than ur quota of tablets specified..so be careful..life long u have to take this precaution...be a bit careful ,,,but other wise u are fully normal..being happy and enjoying life with no tesnions will make ur thyroid problems easy to cure..so this is ur homework to be tension free and to look at the other side of life..health is wealth..happy living..

Yes. Go to the doctor, they can control your thyroid stimulation by giving you some medicine, or may be some radioactive. but I know it for sure that the problem can get fixed. See a good specialist. good luck.

Hypothyroidism is very common now a days. Make sure u visit a good doctor. Once u will start taking ur medication u will become normal though few precautions are required. U can also learn Reiki and practise it regularly. Doing Reiki will be a solution to most of ur problem. Try to be happy, as stress causes most of the problems.
