It is a hypothetical answer: If true love persists between them they love each other without physical contact but with lots of emotions and adopt a child and live for ever.
But in reality, if there is love between them
1) It is possible to satisfy the sexual urge between themselves in other innumerable ways available , as actual sex alone is not possible here.
2)Now ,in the era of advance science impotency or erectile dysfunction is curable by medicine and in advance stages by surgery facilitating sexual intercourse possible between them.Acute infertility alone is not curable so far.

Divorce is the only solution in this case where both partners can live happily.Love doesn't mean physical pleasures only.If love is true then they both go separate ways and live their life.If boy loves her truly then he will let her go and enjoy her life rather than spend with him withouy any pleasure.

Love is beyond the physical needs, so girl, if she has really loved him, will stay with him anyway.
