Q.

Hypothetical question: You are alone in the house, You caught your maid servant stealing valuables, instead of you threatening her she will threaten you (taking advantage of the present situation)saying that if you don't allow her to go out with all the stolen valuables she will cry in high pitched voice that you have molested her! How to deal with such situation??

What you focus on grows. The maid you talked to might have already suggested some things you should do. Take them into account. Make sure that the plan can't go wrong. If it does happen to go wrong, it won't be anything that you will regret. Make sure there is no danger involved, and nothing against the law. It may be tempting to punch the person blackmailing once the cops have got them, but that is not a good idea. Harming others or yourself is never the answer, and never will be. Be aware that the job of punishing and stopping crimes is what police are for. Stay calm and don't make any rash decisions. Your plan should involve authorities of some kind, unless the information the blackmailer is threatening to reveal could land you in soup...!

I just repeatedly told her , money is missing, did you see it lying in the house while sweeping. this repeated asking made her nervous, and she left our house.. we did not tell her that you are theif,, but just convinced her that we know it.

Instead of messing with her better ignore as if U 've seen nothing....but slip out of the house and bolt the door from outside if she is still inside.....and call the police....immediately....but if she has already slipped out catch her outside .... in presence of others.....

Why would you allow an unrelyable servant to work in your house, If you have such doubts, better allow a female servant to work in your house, only when female memebers are present. .It is true, in present scenario an unknown female servant can put the Malik in real crisis....!
