Hindu dharma accepts the existence of several Gods or deities, it accepts only one God, the Supreme. Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. are not three independent and separate deities, but three different aspects of the same Supreme God, while engaged in the processes of creation, sustenance and destruction of the universe, in that order. It is similar to the role played by the same person as the father at home, as the boss in the office and as a customer in a shop. Other deities also should be considered in the same light, as different aspects of the Supreme God, manifesting themselves for specific purposes. If God is our- father, why cannot God be our Mother! If we are the children of our heavenly Father, why cannot we be the children of our heavenly Mother!." This rhetorical question is the basis of why Hindus recognize and accept both male and female aspects of Nature and worship the Supreme Reality in the form of Mother, Father, Friend, Master, Guru, and Savior. In your house, there is only ONE electricity current flows. This current is Invisible too. But its menifestations ("faces" in your words) are many. On one hand it cools items in your refrigerator and gives you cool air through aircondition and on the other hand it boils water in electric cattle, warms water in geyser , gives light through bulbs and removes darkness from your house, makes you to see your televison and to listen radio. Now God which is also a form of energy , infact "Super Energy" is also invisblle current which flows everywhere in the whole cosmos and is menifested in different forms whcih we see and feel around us whether it is mountains or sea or tress or birds or animals or human beings, fire or air. Lord Shiv or Lord Krishna or Lord Brahma, or Lord Ganesh or Goddess Laxmi or Goddess Durga, all are One Energy with different menifestations serving different purposes in this cosmos. These are just names in order to identify different forms o ...more

SEE MY MOTHER IS DIFFRENT FROM UR MOTHER , BOTH MOTHERS HAD DIFFRENT FACES & PERSONALITIES EVEN NAMES FOR EG PARVATI , RAJANI . BUT WE BOTH LOVE OUR MOTHERS SIMILARLY WE BOTH R SONS OF OUR MOTHERS . HERE THE TERM MOTHER IS A UNIVERSAL TRUTH . THE SAME WAY THE TERM GOD ( SUPER POWER) IS A UNIVERSAL TRUTH . ALL RELIGIONS HAD ACCEPTED THE TERM GOD SO SOME WORSHIP THEM BY VARIOUS NAMES LIKE SHIVA , KRISHNA , ALLAH , YESHU . PPL WORSHIP THEM BY DIFFRENT NAMES LIKE KRISHNA , GANAPATI , ETC . THOUGH THEY HAD DIFFRENT FACES & CHARACTORS. YOU CAN SEE VARIOUS FACES OF YOUR FATHER BUT U CANT REALISE IT . SEE THEM WHEN HE IS ANGRY WITH U , WHEN HE IS PROUD OF U , WHEN HE IS IN TENSION , WHEN HE IS RELAXED. DO IT LOOKS SAME AT ALL TIMES?

When you go to the PF office, Post office, tehsildars office, excise depts, sales tax dept, and so on don't we say government kacheri me jake aata hoon. So what is this government? Dekha hai kya? Waise hi God ko kisi ne nahi dekha lekin agar aap ko kuch lena hai ya prayer karna hai to koi jagah ya vyakti honi chaiye! These are forms of God and they represent God. Dhan chahiye to finance dept ke paas jao matlab Lakshmiji ke paas jao. She handles that department of God!
