The word has become famous in the Renault TV commercial where footballer Thierry Henry is trying to sum up the meaning of the word.
The Concise Oxford Dictionary could help him with the answer as it's been included in the latest edition that was published on Thursday.

It means that something is exciting, vigorous, or attractive. The phrase became famous when used in the TV advert for the Renault car manufacturer - referring to their car model the "Clio" having the va va voom factor !!
