Sharukh. Of course. For Amitabh the angy young man image suited him and that lifted him to real stardom. Otherwise, he was seen as playing a second either to another actor in the film or even the heroine (the likes of Jaya Bhaduri). Whereas Shahruk has been able to hold his own against any actor, even the now much acclaimed Amitabh Bachchan. I rather see a great actor coming up in Abhishek!
