Yes,our mind generates 20-25 thoughts in a minute. They are positive thoughts, necessary thoughts, wasteful thoughts & negative thoughts. The sun is an appropriate image for positive thinking. The visualization described below uses a sunlit landscape as an analogy (comparison) for the four levels of thoughts we create . It can be used to increase your percentage of positive thoughts everyday.
1. Visualize a beautiful valley with a lake, forested foothills and high mountains rising up into the clouds. This is the landscape of your mind.
2. Your position in this landscape and the form in which you are manifested depends on the quality of your thoughts. Are you a fish swimming in the muddy depths of the lake (negative thoughts)? Humans are no different to other animals. We have the same needs as animals, that being food, water, sleep, shelter. We also have basic primal emotions (instincts) such as anger, fear and others.

Where all this is leading is what do you think seperates humans from animals? And i dont mean just that we can communicate and alter our environemnt, or that we are more advanced technologically or whatever.

Evolution is the method of incremental improvement.. new ideas stem from other ideas, new solutions from previous ones, the new ones slightly improved over the old ones so this is non aging process for a creative brains.. we enjoy today developed through a long period of constant incremental thinking...so don\'t stop your mouse trap!!!!
