I have 300 shares of Essar steel ltd. in non demat form. This share is going to be delisted and the offer for shares in demat form is already over. What should I do ?

Dear Sir, Essar Steels is delisted now. but we are purchasing essar steels. We are purchasing all the unquoted, delisted, unlisted shares.

Please see the following report issued by the acquirer of the shares before delisting. Try to make use of this opportunity or else you will be left in the lurch after the given period so that you cannot sell it at any price and selling it at physical mode will be very tough and loss making act ; neither can you convert into demat mode thereafter.... try to escape now....if you have been holding for more than 5 years, then it is warrants more to exit.
