Nice question you have asked, by looking constantly bliking rates of eye decreases and make your eye dry you should not look continusoly for more than half hour.there was a very good articleintimes of india lat week may bein8th9th sept issue worth reading.if your eye fill dry you have instill some eye drops which your eye spcialst will say.but for me when i got my computer repairer without my knowledge have installed a programme which automatically intercept screen every 20 or 25 minutes and show beautiful natural scenes initially i fired him and was about to delete progrmme but later on i changed my mind
