Visit netbanking site of the bank for which use is required. Net banking operating site will be different for different bank and hence way of operating..

Get it activated from you bank, just to visit your home branch,
they will provide you net banking id and password,
you may be easily able to use the same :)

You surely contact your bank provider... he/she can explain you in a better way. As all banks hav diffrent working...

Example if u have account of rbs bank then u have to go to the site of the bank.there u choose net banking.after that they asked for user id and password.then u fill both of them and after that u can use the net banking options like online transfer and many more.

Please request your bank for Net banking facility.They will provide you a customer id and password.After that log on to your bank's net banking page and log in with your customer id and password and do whatever transactions you like.

After open an account , bank sent you a cheque book with acc.no and give some secret code to use online banking. remember dont shere this secret code with any unknown person.
