This menace cannot be controlled by law enforcing authorities alone. All the people, wherever they are, should keep an eye on any suspicious movements of unknown people in their place and if they sense something dubious, the same should be reported to the police. If people remain vigilant, it will be very difficult to terrorist elements to play mischief.
It is difficult in crowded big cities where people do not know each other but still, vigilance of common people can help to a great extent.

If we hate terrorism by heart and fight sincerely as well as cooperate the Government, terrorism will sure diminish from the country.

Change in mindset of the people

There are various kind of terrorisms. One most glaringly disturbing the present community is religion based terrorism. As long as there is religion based division, this terrorism is likely to continue. To stop this, administrative system should have a provision not to make any rule based on religion. Any rule should be based on human kind and not based on religion, caste, backward, forward, scheduled tribe, scheduled caste etc.

Without showing any mercy and waiting for laws long process like in the case of kasab and afsal guru and without fearing for the religious centiments just shoot the terrorist in public .terrorist must fear to be a terrorist. terrorism should be treated as a national war and anyone supporting the terrorist based on religion or caste etc also be consider as our national enemy.
