Eat on time and don't overeat, don't eat very spicy food and walk and take some exercise.............

Gas trouble is gastric problem, which is again due to ulcers in intestines.you have to practise this method for one month. write to me after practising this method for 5 days.

yoga food therapy can cure it. you have to follow so many food restrictions.
you should avoid milk,curd,buttermilk,
icecreams,sweets,nonveg,eggs,fish,coffee,t ea ,nuts(groundnuts,cashewnuts,almonds,pistha etc),pulses(bengal gram,blackgram etc) for 15 days.daily take 400gms of cucumber or 300gms of black grapes.,15 gms of ginger,15 gms of bittergourd.
If a person with disease takes above items,it will give strength to the disease and not nutrition to the body.Fasting is good for any disease. The prohibition of above items is semi-fasting.

Walk 1 hrs daily, drink lot of water ( at least 4 to 5 liter of water per day)
and eat everyday at correct time, don`t use underground vegetables,

You have to change your eating habits...
You should shed some of your sedantary habits...
Drink plenty of water...
The timings of your intake of food is important....
You should chew the food well before swallowing....

If you need medication: allpathy...
Go in for a spoonful of Gelucil MPs syrup...
as syrup relieves gas fast...
Or, take Omez tablet daily in the morning ...more

Take antacid / antiflatulent (Digene syrup) and laxative (Cremaffin) at night. Avoid gas formning foods like formented foods - bread, sprouted pusles, etc.
