The minimum eligibility needed for the Foundation course for Company Secretary is HSC or an equivalent examination. Intrinsically speaking, the candidate for the job of a company secretary has to be sharp and have an excellent command over the written and oral form of English language. The course for a company secretary course is split into 3 sections: Foundation, Intermediate and Final. After the final exam the candidate undergoes practical training.
