We , ourselves ,create more stress in life by thinking what will happen tomorrow by borrowing from the future .... If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice ........ it's mostly from our fear of tomorrow and this fear comes from anxiety .......anxiety is the space between the "now" and the "then. It's a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained
......and then we go to extreme stress situation which is impossible to handle and start blaming and cursing our fate , luck , destiny and that poor god :)

It would be prudent to do Pranayam every day morning at least for 15 minutes. This will keep our mind calm and stress will have least effect on our mind. But nevertheless, if there is a stress on work, take a break from the work for 5 minutes, sit straight on a chair, close your two eyes, take a deep breadth and breathe out slowly. Repeat the process for about 5 minutes. Get up, go around for about 2 minutes, swing your arms, twist your body and resume your work. You will have lot relief from the stress and you will be charged up to work again.
