Don't let the shortening of the years depress you
Generally, many people who have passed the pinnacle of their capacities, be those capacities physical, or mentally created, tend to become more an more depressed with the inevitability of the aging process. Whats the point of it all? they ask. And if you believe you come out of nowhere to go into nowhere; youre a spark that flares and then dies, life can become very frustrating.
However, if you carry the belief that everything you learn of importance: qualities, talents, values, the quintessence, will be carried forward not only up until the end of your physical life, but beyond it into the great unknown, then your attitude will be much different. You will have a young attitude. For you will be of the opinion, the belief and if youre very fortunate the knowing, that nothing of value is lost, and that you will emerge into your next life with all that youve brought forward in this.

Yes! Yoga is the best way to keep fit. Even dance also. You can see Heroin Hema Malini. She is young, atleast looking young. Don't think i have become old. Thinking old itself made you tiered. Feel young and be alwyas busy in doing so or other. Good get early and go to sleep early as 9 PM and take balanced, without oily food in proper, regular time. Don't take food while in movement.

Lot of hard work required for this, I start my day at 04.45 and do 30 mins. yoga, 5 Km. walk in morning and 1 Km. in evening, generally avoids junk food, no habits of drinking or smoking and the result is that I am fit and fine and had not gone to a doctor since last 15 years.
