Age is a question of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter ........Nobody grows old merely by living a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. .................There is a fountain of youth in every man ....it is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age or circumstances . Its the Creativity which is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun , irrespective of age .....................................yes bit control of diet and some physical exercise is needed to enjoy the results of our creativity

Eat healthy, regular exercise, doctor's checkup in every six months. Staying happy is also included.
