Take some nap sometime in the evening preferably after having dinner. avoid tea or coffee as many would advise. have lots of water instead. Open your window, feel the fresh air! Keep walking through the house while learning. You can also read comics in between! If possible, keep talking to someone in between.
I had scored 90% the last time I did all these when I was in 8th grade. Hope these work for you as well! :-)

Have chilled green tea by 10'0 clock. make sure that your stomach is not full during night time. If so more blood circulation is required for digestion which will leave your brain tired. have a light nutritious dinner at 7 pm itself. The more important is make up your mind to stay awake. and never give off if you feel slightly sleepy. you will find hard to practice this for 7- 10 days. after that automatically you will get used up to this activity

Read with your friend of the same type of study. Note down the points while you reading. This points will show whole page / paragraph / chapter at the time of exam. You need not read whole book at the time of exam / you can't rad also. Discuss the matter whatever you read for just five minutes in break. Take some tea / coffee in the break

Why study? The more you know, the more you forget. the more you forget the less you know. the less you know the less you forget. the less you forget the more you know. So why study at all?
And as a serious answer, its better to get up early and study in the quiteness of the dawn rather than during late hours. Late hours are good for studying, but you wake up next days with more fatigue.
