The following 10 tips can help you calm down when nothing else works.

1. Stop over thinking. Over thinking is mostly negative. Watch your thoughts. Identify your irrational or negative thoughts. When you catch yourself over thinking, stop! Tell yourself this method isn't solving anything. Answer the question, "What would help me more is ________________.

There are many proven methods used for meditation. One of the most popular and effective method in vogue is watching the MIND...where thoughts take birth, live and die!
Mind is like a clear sky where thoughts like clouds, pass by. By watching dispassionately ur thoughts as a witness, the flow of energy from ur body to mind required to sustain thoughts, is affected adversely. Thoughts then loses pace and the our identification with the mind is interrupted/broken. Gradually with practice, thoughts slow down and there are spaces between thoughts. That is the BEGINNING of a precious experience that can transform ur life!

Stopping sexual thoughts is a bit like trying to hold water in a sieve. You'll slow things down, but you won't really make the water stop pouring.",

You can much easier re-direct your thoughts into less bothersome areas. If you find yourself thinking about sex and at twelve, with puberty in full force, your body is becoming sexually mature at an increasing pace, try taking some simple steps:

one Having sexual thoughts? Where are you and what are you doing? How did you get there? More than likely, your sexual arousal is part of a series of steps that you are consciously or unconsciously take in order to feel safe or comfortable in thinking about sex. Stopping yourself at one of those steps and starting a new task or direction can help avoid the habit you've built.

two What do you know about sex? A lot of fantasy can get created out of a little information -- some of it more than likely wrong. If you haven't had a talk about sex with a parent, guidance counselor, or doct ...more
