One should take nutritious food, sufficient water , exercises and early morning walking. Must have good sleep too.

BQ: Of course to win, but more than anything else, I just wish for him to remain healthy. I know, at least I truly believe, he already has everything else to win the biggest tournaments. Proven it already. That's why I don't even wish for results anymore. Only thing I hope is for health throughout the year especially in big tournaments, cause with that, I know great results will take care of themselves. And not that I wouldn't be a fan of him minus the winning, but that's honestly what he truly deserves for all of his hard work often underappreciated, and all of the adversity he's had to overcome. At a young age as well. It hasn't been easy, but the future is still ahead. Whatever happens, I know Juan Martin has just as much heart as any tennis player out there does.
