Hi! Do the following exercises- You should be able to get a description of these online on a fitness website-
1- Back Hyperextensions
2- Leg raises (lying face down)
3- Abdominal crunches- Because the abdominal muscles also support your back

Lie on your stomach
place ur palms near to your shoulders facing palms down
slowly slowly lift your upper abdomen to the comfortable limit.
hold for few seconds
then lie down.
repaet 5-6 times, preferably early in the morning.
