I think--if it is a situation specific emotional response then it gets over itself...however if one is a habitual negative thinker or naysayer then it needs a lot of effort , trainingand work to gain balance..

Current galat flow kare to wires change karo...mind ka..
socket ghuma ke laga do...phir negative ke jagah positive flow karega...
our mind is also a socket...with the plug points in our control....
this lies in our soul and the way we look at things...
be positive...start from now...and see the effect...you think positive too !

First you need to identify and keep yourself away from negative people around you, then by practicing prayer, reading inspirational books and proper planning with efficient mentor you should start trying your journey towards positivity.

Bhai bhul jaao ki Gypsy bhi competition mein hai...... Maan lo ki woh already jeet chuka hai aur mujhe LOTA mila hai....... Achchha feel hoga, haar jeet toh lagi rehti hai :p
