If you eat a sensible balanced diet with all the necessary fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates etc. then yes. However if you are vegetarian you will not get vitamin B12 which is only found in red meat therefore it can be taken in tablet form as a supplement.

No. Try drinking lot of water and eat atleast one fruit everyday. If you want to loose some weight try not eating after 7:00 or you can also try to eat every 2hours but everytime you eat, eat less..That actually works.
