Do we get all the vitamins required for the Human Body in our regular dad to day diet?? If not what is the soloution??

If you eat a sensible balanced diet with all the necessary fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates etc. then yes. However if you are vegetarian you will not get vitamin B12 which is only found in red meat therefore it can be taken in tablet form as a supplement.

No. Try drinking lot of water and eat atleast one fruit everyday. If you want to loose some weight try not eating after 7:00 or you can also try to eat every 2hours but everytime you eat, eat less..That actually works.

No we dont get
and the best solution is to eat always fresh foods. instead of some packed or junk foods

Outside food or routine household food can lead to defieciency in vitamins. Household food is good but should be machhi curry and ukda chawal every day
