How to perform perfect yoga asan?

At the first regularise your body for preparing for yoga ie it should be free from fatness, easily collapsable from all the angles, twisting one. For this you have to follow Hindu way stated fasts and all the disciplines for fast, food intaking and so on. If you live in hindu traditiional way, definately it will be not necessary to perform Yoga.Dhyanam nirvishayam manah : yoga is for mind calmness.
