How to oppose a housing society passing resolution restricting batchelors' entry under leave & licence agreement ?

You can not !
If RESOLVED, the end-owner of the flat is bound to abide by the RESOLUTIONS.
However, O N L Y HIGH COURTS ( lower courts have no power to interfere in Co-Op Society) can challenge.
In case the tenancy is accepted , you are however, legally obliged to PAY 10 % of the rents as the levy.
