1.

You need specimen or jaam of curd for preparing the same.
Boil milk without adding water.
Let it cool a bit.
When it is slightly warm,add 1 tbsp curd and mix well.
Close the lid and keep aside for 10-12 hours(preferably overnight).
Use the same pan in which you boiled the milk for setting the curd,this makes the process faster.
Thick and yummy curd is ready!!

Tank some milk and pour little say 5 ml lime juice in it and stir it well dahi is ready

Jab milk room temperature se thoda jyada ho toh usme thoda sa chaas ya already made dahi daalo aur mix karo aur jammne ke liye 5/6 hours rakho. Dahi tayaar.:)

Add one tea spoon yogurt in milk steer it well . Leave it for night and you will get the result :-)

Keep the milk outside for a day ;-P it will turn to yogurt ;-P

Use pinch of curd and add it in warm milk,cover it as per weather and wait for 12 hrs.
