First of all 2 bdi simla mirch ko rectangle shape me cut kre fir onoin ke uper wale bhag ko nikale ek ek krke 2 onoin ke aise pieces kre fir paneer ko bhi rec shape me cut kr le ab 2 bdi green chilli ke lmbe tukde kre.ye hui veg cut ki baat. ab paneer ko light fry kre shimla mirch ko bhi aise hi aur onoin ko bhi refine me hi light fry kre sbko alag alag fry krni hai ab kdhai me refine 2 spoon dale usme ginger ke lmbe tukde thode dale ab onoin aur simla mirch ko dale aur chlaye aur usme thoda kala namak sada namak jeera powder thodi kali mirch thodi dale ab sause ki gravy bnane ke liye ek brtan me ek cup tomato sause 2 spoon soya sause aur 2 spoon chiili sause dale thoda water milaye aur spoon se use chlaye ab 5 garlic ko gol cut kre aur use ek katori me vinegar me bhigaye 10 min fir sause wale pan me dale ab sause wale pan ka sara kdhai me dal kr milaye aur green chilli dale aur thoda chla kr utare. It's ready.

How to make chilly paneer:

Cut the paner into cubes.
Mix together the cottage cheese, 1 tsp salt, egg, corn flour, garlic, ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces caoted with mixture till golden in color.
Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok and stir fry the onions in it over high heat for half a minute.
Add the green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and the fried paneer cubes.
Mix well, and garnish the chilli paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.
