Without exception, children all over the globe shun vegetables. One trick that often works for both fruits and vegetables is to find foods that your kids already like to eat and find recipes that allow you to add fruits or vegetables to them, like banana or apple. Let your kids pick the fruits they want to eat when you go shopping. Offer a fruit salad, with a mix of watermelon, grapes, strawberries, etc. as a dessert or snack. Stuffed parathas are a great way of eating vegetables. Very few children would turn up their noses at them, especially if they are accompanied by lip-smacking chutneys and sauces. While aloo paratha is a staple in North Indian households, there is no end to what stuffing you can have in your paratha. Cauliflower and peas, carrots and cabbage parathas taste really good. PArents should eat Fruits in front of them, we all know childrens are followers and they will immediately follow the aprents
